I had a busy Saturday today, mostly filled with eating in cheap but delicious Asian places. I went to my friend’s family fitness session, which wasn’t easy in the heat. I was like 30 degrees when we started this morning, but she took it easy on us. It still doesn’t mean I won’t be hurting tomorrow because I’m pretty unfit! We then went out for lunch at Laksa King.
In the evening we met up with our usual group of friends as a pre-Christmas thing at Pappa Rich. You’ve gotta love places where everyone’s cutlery self serve on the table and you write your own order on a pad. Good cheap food and good times.
It was another extremely long and tiring day complete with over time. I was glad to be home, but an early start for me tomorrow doesn’t leave a lot of time for photos.
This was another filler of searching for the nearest thing to take a photo of that actually turned out kind of cool.
I went out to dinner at Tao’s with some friends tonight. The food was great, awesome presentation, and I had good company to match.
I have lots of food photo shots, but today’s photo of the day has to be these salt and pepper shakers. They’re so cute and I’m pretty sure that they’re meant to be hugging, but the black one kind of reminds me of the Harry Potter dementors, sucking the life out of the white shaker. Mr Cookie Loves Milk thinks it looks like they’re stabbing each other. I think there’s something wrong with us…
