More and more fillers this month. It’s like it never ends. Taken last year at the National Rhododendron Garden.
I love petals on the ground, and purple is such a striking colour.
Camellia petals on the ground after rain.
Iris from my neighbour’s garden. It must be good weather for it this year because they’ve been growing everywhere.
Autumn leaves and pink camelia petals in the driveway.
Today’s photo is a little blurry but it’s the best out of a bad lot today. Better any photo than to skip a day and post nothing at all right? Our front garden is littered with leaves and petals, and the grass is growing strong.
Today’s pic is of our driveway, scattered with autumn leaves, acorns, and camellia petals.
These are some flowers from my mum’s garden. Apparently it’s a white Japanese anemone, but I’m not sure. My mum mentioned something about Japanese and windmills, but luckily google was more successful at finding out its name. I love the green balls in the centre (I was born to be a botanist!) and the delicate white petals. Such a cute looking flower.
Our camelia bush/tree in the driveway has started to bud. Soon my car will be covered in bright colours petals.
We went down to Bunnings to steal/acquire some boxes and I picked up this little guy. I don’t know what kind of flower it is, probably some kind of daisy (Edit: google says they’re Gazanias, which are a type of daisy). It’s pretty good for only $2 I thought, and brings a little colour to the garden. Any bets on how long before I kill it? My bet is not long! I think my problem has been loving pot plants too much.
